It was some dumbass thirteen yearold and I flagged it. Hmmm, I think that if a person who submitted their first movie actually passes judgement, then it would be reviewed. That would save the trouble of looking at obviously not stolen, but crappy, submissions. This would still cause a bit of a slow down in the portal, but stolen submissions are being submitted a lot more now than I remember a few years ago. Kind of off topic, but I remember a game that won daily feature that ended up being deleted because it was stolen, it made me laugh. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
